Delicious recipes with oats!

Simple porridge
- 40 g of oats
- 150 mL of milk or water
Mix the ingredients in a saucepan and heat over medium heat for 5-6 minutes. Add fruit or honey to sweeten the porridge, and seeds for a special touch.

Oatmeal, banana, and peanut cookies
- 1 mashed banana
- 1 tablespoon of honey, agave syrup or date syrup
- 2 tablespoons creamy/crunchy peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cups fine or coarse rolled oats
- ½ teaspoon of salt (optional)
- Cinnamon and/or chocolate chips (optional)
Preheat the oven. In a medium bowl, mix the mashed banana, peanut butter, honey, cinnamon, and salt. Add the oat flakes and mix again until well combined. Add the chocolate chips (optional). Shape the dough into balls and flatten them with clean hands or a spoon to form cookies. Bake at medium temperature for 15-20 minutes.

Oatmeal soup with mushrooms
- 200 g of dehydrated mushrooms
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 chopped carrots
- 1 leek
- 1 pinch of chives
- 600 ml of vegetable broth
- ½ cup of oatmeal
- Salt and pepper to taste
Place the dried mushrooms in a small pot of water to boil. When it boils, turn off the heat and let the mushrooms soak for 15 minutes. Remove them, chop them, and set them aside. In a pan, add a splash of olive oil, then add the onion, garlic, carrots, and leek. Cook over medium heat for 3 minutes. Add the mushrooms and cook, stirring occasionally. Add the vegetable broth, oat flakes, salt, and pepper, and cook until the oats are tender. Garnish with chives before serving.

Apple crumble
- 2 small apples
- ½ small lemon
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons of oat flakes
- 1 tablespoon of almond flour
- 1 tablespoon of clarified butter
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon of honey or 1 packet of powdered sweetener
- 1 tablespoon of coconut sugar
Cut two unpeeled apples into chunks. Place them in a small bowl, add the lemon juice and cinnamon, and set aside. In another bowl, mix the remaining ingredients. Pour the resulting batter over the apple mixture. Bake at 180°C for approximately 35 minutes.
